The personal information we collect from you
We currently collect and process the following information:

• Your email address
• Your age if under 18

How we get the personal information and why we have it?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• Participation in competitions
• Sign up to our mailing list

We use the information that you have given us in order to
• Keep you up to date with up-coming shows and competitions
• Contact you to discuss your competition entry

We may share this information with local media (Guernsey Press, BBC Guernsey etc), but only with your permission.

Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, (“the Law”) the lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal information (as detailed in Schedule 2,
Part 1 of the Law) is:
• Your consent. You are able to withdraw/remove your consent at any time.

How we store and look after your personal information
Your information is securely stored online in the ALL NIGHTER Google Drive. We keep names, email addresses and ages (where relevant) for one year. We will then
dispose your information by deleting it from both the laptop used and the server.

Under the Law, you have multiple rights including the right to erasure, access and to object to processing.
